2. Description of Service

Narratory provides AI-powered text-to-speech services that allow users to convert written content into audiobook format. Our service includes manuscript upload, voice selection, audio generation, and file export capabilities.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete information

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of your content. Any manuscripts, text, or audio files you create using Narratory are and remain your property.

By uploading content to our service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. This license terminates when you delete your content or account.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that your use of our service does not infringe on any third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

• Upload content you do not have rights to use
• Create content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

Paid features are billed according to the plan you select. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate the service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Narratory service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Narratory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination
